I have opened the case, how to get the skin?

3. Accept the exchange offer.
I get an error when I try to send the skin.
BOT is unable to send you the skin due to the following reasons: - You have blocked trade (logged in on the new device, recently changed the password / e-mail, changed the Steam Guard security settings, have VAC-ban, etc.)
- You have changed your Steam nickname in the last few hours.
- Your Steam inventory is set "Private". It must be set "Public". You can change it here: click
- Check your Steam Trade URL in csgocases.com profile and in Steam settings – they must be the same.

Your skin will be automatically sold and you will receive $.Skin has "Delayed" or "Out of stock" status.
Due to Steam 7 days trade lock some skins might not be withdrawable instantly.In such a case you can:
- exchange the skin for another one that is instantly withdrawable
- sell the skin and buy another one in the Shop: https://csgocases.com/shop
I suggest you to use the "Exchange" button. It shows a list of instantly withdrawable skins.
New skins arrive everyday around 8:00 GMT.
If a skin has a "delayed" status you can check when it becomes withdrawable by moving your mouse over the (?) icon. Please note that the skin becomes withdrawable for all users of the service so it can be withdrawn by someone else.
If a skin has an "out of stock" status it will appear no sooner than 7 days, some skins take much longer to re-stock.
